Our office has just been contacted by the Texas Service Center concerning your name check. The response is as follows:



The principle's case I-485, A9XXXXX/SRCXXXXXXXXXX is also pending due to the FBI name check still pending. The FBI fingerprints are valid and clear.



Therefore, due to the fact that the principle's case is on hold, results in the whole family to pending till a clearance is received back from the FBI.



When your file is done, the results will be forwarded to the Department of Homeland Security for further processing of your green card/oath ceremony.
