Do I need to renew I-94? Pls. advise.

I used AP to go back to China in November 2005, and my I-94 expired in Oct 2006. But I got my EAD in May 2006 and just renewed for another year (till May 2008). My question is: do I need to renew my I-94 (I totally forgot it :))? Thanks.
