請問：two I-485 or relink I485 issue

請問：小白兔及諸位高手：

我的情況：
(1) EB2 (approved)+ concurrently filed 485;
(2)EB1 just approved.

給移民局打電話兩次：
一個說：不能relink I-485,Peason Memo 不能用,需新file I-485；
另一個說：我I-485 can not be upgrade, 要先withdraw the first I-485, then file a new I-485.

記得有人在這裏談過成功relink過？any suggestions for me.
