485 pending, which TAX return form should I use?

Who can tell me when my I-495 is pending, which tax return form should I file?
I came to USA in Nov. 2004, and now is H-1, my hu*****and worked with Working Authority Card last year. I heard we can't use 1040NR when the 485 is pending. How can I file the tax return with my hu*****and?
