急, 請大家幫忙, 夫妻不在同一個州, EB1A

幾個問題:

1. 夫妻不在同一個州, I am in TX, he is in NC. Which center shall I ? Also, this August I will be moving back to a NC state university continuing the assistant professorship of mathematics. Just got the offer. Currently I am in a TX state university.

2. About the support letters' expiration date, which I asked yesterday. Figured out that the dates should not matter much, conclusion from checking previous messages. Please correct me if I am wrong! My references letter were dated last October or so.

3. Is there still concurrently filing for EB1A? I am planning to send out the package by the end of March the latest.
