Accroding to my lawyer, TX and LN centers

are processing immigration cases, while CA and VT centers are processing non-immigration cases. USCIS must have realigned their services for faster processing. Just got a notice saying my case was transferred to TX center for further processing today. My lawyer says it's a positive sign and TX center is more efficient in processing cases.
