Xiaobaitu & Others: pls give me some suggestions

I work for the same company for almost 5 years, and my EB3 RIR LC (PD 5/2004) is certified lately and ready to file 140. My question is can I convert or upgrade to EB2 if I stay with the same company & with 5 years experiences?
