請教: I485/EAD/AP一起應該寄NSC嗎, 140在TSC批準的？

EB1A approved at TSC. Now I want to file 485, EAD for LP and AP for myself.

According to the instruction of 485, I should file to NSC. But EAD instrcution says to file to the center where 140 get approved.

Where should I file? Thanks.
