遞I-140時需要high school diploma嗎?

我的LC剛批準，想請教兩個問題：

（1）律師給的I-140的清單中有一項Educational Credentials中需要提供all of my degrees and trans, including high school diploma. 請問，有沒有朋友遞I-140時，也包括了high school diploma？我都不知道我的到哪裏去了。

（2）我的PD已經到了，現在還能I-140和I-485同時遞嗎？如果同時遞，140需不需要加快處理？
