Xiaobaitu, Happy Spring Festival! AP Question

My AP expiry date is March 30, 2007. I used it enter the US last month, the AP stamp valid to Jan 30, 2008.
The question is that do I need apply new AP? or I can use the one with AP stamp valid to 1/30/2008?
