Since my case was ted almost two years ago,if there is luck that my appeal is sustained, I don't need to wait in the long line to file I-485 as I think. Is that ture?
That's why I still keep my hope on the old case.

As for re-filing a new case, definitely it would be a stronger case but basically it means that I lost the two years.

Can I just reopen the old case? Any suggestion?
