Is the attorney fee ($6000) reasonable for filing EB2 (not NIW)?

I am working in a university and I am not allowed to hire my own attorney although I'll pay the attorney fee from my pocket. It will cost even more if I want to file both EB2 and EB1B. It's so frustrating.
