Parents' visit visa

One question about parents' application of B visa to US:

If the property certificate (Fang2 Chan3 Zheng4) is NOT under my parents' name(s), but my sister or brother's name, would it be a problem when they apply the Visa? What would be VO say about it? Anybody has such or similar problem before?
