Thank a thousand for your detailed clarification. Sorry for one more question following your post. If I file 140 and 485 for my wife, my wife still can renew her TN? I ask this as I am thinking when she goes to renew her TN, the CBP officer will probably know her immigration intent, which contradicts the purpose of TN status.
