DOB (linked with your social) does not affect your NC

it's true because my hu*****and's DOB(in social secuirety system) is different from his real one, but his NC was clear last month (from infopass).
you don't need to file e-file tax returen. Just have a look of the letter SSN office sent you every year. There is your DOB on it.
