Dear Experts pls clarify: EB-2 or EB-3?

My employer is about to start the PERM process for me and my job deion is drafted as "...(the job requires)MBA+2years experience or Bachelor+5years ..."
Does this case still qualify for EB-2? (I have an MBA plus quite a few years experience)
The USCIS website says the job must require an advanced degree while the alien can have Bachelor plus 5 years. This is a bit confusing.
