急救：有人收到過Intent to Deny的REF麽？

EB1B Premium Processing，第13天收到了Intent to Deny通知，律師說從沒有見過這樣的REF。
要求： evidence that the beneficiary has at least three years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic field
這個需要準備什麽啊？我在這裏讀了5年的PHD，難道不算麽？

還有就是裏麵把outstanding的6個條件全部列了一遍。

最可氣的是這個REF，連petitioner都還是別人公司的名字，簽證官都忘了改

看樣子，PP真不是不好啊
