NIW should be removed from EB category

NIW should be removed from EB category. NIW is actually the defect in the employment immigration policy, which give some opportunists chances to obtain GC in cheating ways! If people are really strong and outstanding, they should go for EB-1. The people that even can’t find a job with decent income should not have such privilege.
