緊急求助 WOM！請教xiaobaitu等大俠

I hired a lawyer for WOM ( pending for 2years and 10 months in FBI name checking ), has been 4 months and no progress, today I was informed a hearing is scheduled in March, is it a negative move? will it negatively impact my I485? what is the most likely outcome of the hearing? My case is strong ( EB-2, work in big public company ), but I am worried about whether FBI/USCIS will retaliate/revenge after the hearing ( if I can not win the case ).
