My 485 based on EB1-a ist still pending. I used AP a while ago, and my H1 will expire in this Sep. After Sep, I have to use EAD to work. Do I need hold any kind of Visa to keep my legal status in USA after my H1b expire. If yes, which kind of visa do I need. Thanks a lot in advance.
