The notice said I just met criteria 5 and 6. I have three major awards: Royal Society Sino-British Fellowship Awards, Science and Technology First Class award from Chinese Oversea Affair (Qiao Ban) and American Association of Ophthalmology Best of Show Award. But I cannot find out the criterias of all the three awards. I have two membership, but they are not in high level, but pay/add level, because my subject has no high level membership provided. In fact, the leadership is a good one, because as a 211 university hospital, the hospital is whole-function one: education, clinic, resident training, and research. I feel strange why they rejected this criteria.Over 30 Chinese papers and 20 English papers. Oh my God. I feel so disappoint to the stupid NSC officer. Really I am in panic. I need help: my H1b will expire soon. Some friends said appeal takes long time. I have no idea how to do now. I am very happy so many friends response my poster.Thank you very much
