XiaoBaitu, other experts, dismissed misdemeanor

my previous question is about the misdemeanor + traffic ticket, and xiaobaitu said I should say YES to that related question in I485.
I went to court to ask for the final disposition today, there is no any record about that misdemeanor case, my name is not even in their CRIMINAL computer system. If I say YES to that question, and immigration officer ask me for the final disposition, which I can't provide, what can I do? Could say NO be an option? thanks
