I140 PP NSC

Hi Everyone,

I filed Eb1B 140 in NSC. My employer then told the lawyer to convert the case to PP. Can anyone help me to understand the following questions?

1) Is it true that it is more likely to get RFE with PP? My qualification is average I think.
2) If the INS decides RFE, am I going to receive an email on the same day? Would I be able to see the message on INS website change the same day?
3) If the case get approved, am I going to get an email or see the message change on INS website on the same day?
4) What is the phone number I can call to ask for update from INS?

Sorry I got a little nervous about PP...
