To xiaobaitu,!!!Could I just quit my work in the university beca

I have my I-140 (EB1)—extraordinary ability (filed by myself) approved 5 months ago. I filed my 485 4 months ago. I have my physical exam and finger print done. I got my EAD and came back China once with the AP. I am using my H1B now for working. My Q is:
Could I just quit my work in the university because I want to take a long vacation to China (3-4months)? Without having any significant negative impact to my I 485?
