There are a lot of China and Indian born applicants (both EB2 and EB3) from BEC. Some filed for EB3 because although their education qualified for EB2 but the employers filed EB3 still. I was one of them. The backlog caused by fast processing of BEC will be huge. I just don't know if there are more EB2s or EB3s.
