Most lawyers do not suggest to submit I-485 while I-140 is pending. That means one question is unclear: the BCIS will start the process of I-485 accroding to:
1) the date on your receipt
2) the date your fingerprint is received
3) the date you notify BCIS that your I-140 is approved
