File 485 without i140 receipt?

I used i140 premium process. Never got the receipt. Received a faxed RFE.
After responsed to the RFE, the online status shows that my i140 is approved
. My PD is current now, I would like to know if I can file my 485 now before
I get the formal approve notice (I doubt that it may take 2 to 3 weeks)?
i.e.
Can I just my 485 with the printout of status from USCIS website and wait for the RFE for the official notice?

Any suggestion?
