TSC I485 approved after WOM

file WOM ３５天以後 ， 受到了online approval notice:

NIW, TSC

I140 & I485 concurrent filing: 4/11/2005

I140 RFE: 4/29/2005

I140 approved after RFE: 8/5/05

1st FP: spouse 5/27/2005, primary applicant 8/5/2005

PD current: 11/2006

2nd FP: 11/27/2006

Get the same responses from Congressman and First Lady: primary applicant
was stuck with name check, while the spouse' name check was cleared on 11/15
/2006.

WOM filed: 12/19/2006

Online approval notice: 1/24/2006

WOM遞上去以後我就回國了。 回來後給AUSA打了電話. 好象我們這個district的案子都是一個律師負責的 。 我打過去以後， 他就直接說， I believe the case is going to be approved. I will send you the copy of the approval notice and motion to dismiss afterwards. 我以為還要等一段時間， 結果２４號早上就收到了２０多封USCIS的approval email.

不過我們還沒有收到‘card ordered'這樣的email, 不知道是不是正常。 現在就等律師的信了。
