Thank you for the discussion. I asked my attorney once, and he believes it is okay to use AP even if I am held for security check. But I still wonder if they will keep my passport if they don't approve it right away, or will they stamp something on it, which might cause trouble when presented to the officer. Do you know what they do to your passport? If they don't do anything, I guess we are ok, since the costoms have no idea we need to do a bg check.
