多久可以訴訟USCIS和FBI以獲得WOM？

我的基本情況是 EB2-LC, PD Sept 04； I-485, RD Jul 6, 06。

Will filing a pro se lawsuit against USCIS and FBI this March be way too early?

I just got admitted to a Top 3 MBA program, but I would really hate to defer my matriculation because of the pending immigration process.
