years ago, several engineers suited the company for no pay OT. Now the lawsuit won, so the company has to pay all the engineers some money, and I am one of them(I was not the one of those who filed the lawsuit). If I sign the paper and take the money, which means I involve in this lawsuit. Will this affect my I485 approval? Thanks
