here is my case.
My 1st 6 yrs H1b expired in 02. I spent 1.5 yrs stay outside US. Then in 04, I got my 2nd 6yrs H1b. Till now, I work for an company, and I am filing my I485. My 2 yrs unemployment was from 02 - 04. Since I have to stay outside US for the 2nd H1b. Will this affect the I485?
