I posted this days ago, but I need a firm answer.
I am going to file an employment based I485. I have about 2 years unemployment history in the past 5 years, but my visa status was maintained well during past 5 years(and all the time in USA). And the true, in the unemployed 2 years, Most of time I was out of USA. Will this fact affect my I485 approved? Please help.
