I140 EB1a filed April,2003; approved Oct.2004.
I485 filed on Feb.2005, still pending...

給USCIS寫信,打電話, 給SENATOR寫信, 回複說仍在FBI做NAME CHECK.

12月給FBI寫信問我的NAME CHECK的情況, 今天收到回信:

To prompty respond to requests, we concentrate on identifying mail files in the certral records system at FBI Headquarters. No records responsive to your FOIPA request were located by a search of the automated indices.

哪位朋友有類似經曆或明白這其中的意思, 請解晰一下. 多謝!
