Alian registration number, naturalization

Hi,
Two simple questions. What is the Alian Registration number? I found A...and EAC....number in AP and H1B forms. I-130 asks for Alian Registration number and I-485 ask for A#. Any people know where these number are? Another question. What naturalization means?
