Canadian citizen. If he can not get the H4 stamp at JFK airport, why in the letter it didn't say to go to an embessy to get the H4 visa, but said the entry port. Also, I-94 expires at the end of Feb. If he does not get the H4 extension, could he stay after the I-94 expires? Thank you.
