My LC was filed Jan.'03 and received 45 day letter Jan.'06 and approved July '06.
My lawyer sent an inquiry in May '06 and three weeks later got a response from DOL that simply said my case was still pending.....
Your lawyer at least should receive a response from the backlog center.
