urgent help needed: EAD sent out for one month. Still did not re

My EAD card renewal was approved one month ago (12/10/06).
I called USCIS (18003755283), the representative cannot tell me more on the card information(such as if the mail got returned or not. she had very limited access to my case status). So she issued an query and let me wait for 30 days.

However, my previous EAD card expired on 12/22/06 and I am using the approval notice to wrk temporarily. Any suggestion on what should I do?
