If she/he got conditional green card on Oct 2006,her/his

conditional green card would be valid until Oct 2008,she/he & her/his spouse may apply to remove the
condition since July 2008, within 90 days before the conditional green card expiration.
But CIS need months to two years to process the case ,so she/he will get normal green card after the
period.
