Xiaobaitu, please look at this: USCIS won't ask FBI expedite NC

Just saw on that USCIS won't ask FBI to expedite NC because of WOM any more. The announcement was dated in Dec. 2006 acording to the firm.

Any confirmation on this from Xiaobaitu?
