I know TSC doesn't need 1 year experience proof.

1. the experiences in the current company doesn't count. (as I know...but not 100% sure).

2. I only have my resume stated I was working in related job...TSC didn't ask for my 1 year experience proof.

personal thoughts for your reference: USCIS is strict for EB2...not EB3's working experience...1 year is not long enough...
