xiaobaitu and other expert please help on concurrent h1b

Xiaobaitu and other experts,

i have a approved concurrent h1b but looks like i need to refile it since the original I-129 was not filed right.

I am not sure about I129 part 2 question 5 the action to be taken part. none of the situation seem to apply my situation,

a) notify the office in part 4 so the person can obtain visa or be admitted
b) change person's status
c)extend the stay of the person since they are now in hold this status - my current H1B is valid till 2009, no extension needs.
d) amend the stay of the person since they now hold this status

can i leave this part blank and not mark any of those above?
