to APEDA, about AP

My lawyer did apply I-140/I-485/EAD/AP together, and she told I can also apply AP in the local office for emergency reason, So I don't think there is conflict.AP by mail will take long time, I strongly recommend you give it another try, just bring I-485 receipt and doctor's letter to them and let them decide.Or you can change to another office to try.I am living in New Jersey, I can go to either cherry hill office or newark office. How about you? Both my parents are ill , I can't do anything but wait these days, AP made life miserable...
