Can I use this for EB1(A)

I got invitations from International Symposium on Management, Engineering and Informatics twice, 2006 and 2007(http://www.iiisci.org/mei06, from Prof. Nagib Callaos) and (http://www.iiis-cyber.org/mei2007, from Prof. C.Dale.Zinn)
. They asked me to organize a invited session related to a topic of my research interest.
Do anybody know this conference? I think they might be cheating conference.
