Please check enclosed file, and response my request. I will send this letter to White House, Congressman and Immigration Court. Because I am tired to send inquires without response from TSC.

I have just spoken with the Officer who has been assigned your case. She has indicated that she will be issuing a request for evidence for fingerprints today. It is unfortunate that you have experienced such difficulty in this matter. We are working dilligently to complete your case.

晚上在USCIS網查的時候就是這樣：
Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.

On December 19, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to it expires. Once you the information and/or evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something further from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.
