LC is Labor Condition, and it should be

approved by Department of Labor of the state which you are living. Your boss must follow the LC to pay your salary after your 485 approved. This is mandatoary requirement. The problem is if the prevailing wage is higher, it may not good for you because your boss may think the salary is too high to hire you. So, anything will has two sides.
