They are very similar, in my opinion. That is why your set of NIW materials can be used for Eb1 application, but not vice versa.

But they are different in that: For NIW, you need to flocus on national interest. For EB1-a, you nee to demonstrtae you are recognized nationally and internationally as an expert in your area.
