I do not know when my NC was cleared.
Probably it is sometime this year before Oct 1.
Because I got 2nd fingerprint notice right after
the PD become current, I think it means that my NC
was cleared before that.

From my experience and others, I think if you got 2nd
fingerprint from VSC and your PD is current, then
485 approval is not faraway.
