我已做完體檢，另外被要交再送幾份補充材料，包括FBI無犯罪紀錄（申請時辦過，現在還要），銀行證明，reference letter from current employer，還有永久居民費。

那個FBI無犯罪紀錄好像要很長時間，我擔心90天下不來。
If you don’t get it back within 90 days, write a letter to explain that the delay is caused by FBI, something beyond your control. And just send it in when you do get it.

另外，我博士畢業搬到別的州作postdoc，地址我更新了，也許這個原因，加拿大方麵要我的current empolyer出具reference letter。這很要緊嗎？我叫老板寫沒有問題，但是有什麽特別需要注意的嗎？
No problem. Just ask your current employer to write you a letter. Buffalo understands that people do move on to new jobs. So this is not a problem.
