轉十年綠卡的問題

我申請轉十年綠卡，我女兒的收據收到了，上麵的日期是12月4號，大概是8號收到的，現在14號了，我的收據還沒收到。我女兒的收據上麵有我的principal's receipt no. , 但我上網查case status卻查不到那個收據號碼的任何信息，這是怎麽回事呀？有沒有XDJMS遇到我這樣的情況？
